Depending on how you use Lift, we may collect:

• information you provide through the Lift Body Audit;
• training goals, experience and training status;
• information about movement, pain, injuries or physical limitations that you choose to provide;
• coaching information you provide when working with Lift;
• payment and subscription information;
• communications between you and Lift;
• technical information about how you use our website, where applicable.

We only ask for information that is relevant to providing or improving the service.

3. Body Audit and health-related information

The Lift Body Audit is a self-reported coaching tool. Some questions may involve pain, injury history or other information relating to your physical health.

Health information receives additional protection under UK data-protection law. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent before processing this information for the purposes explained at the point of collection.

The Body Audit is indicative and is not a medical diagnosis or substitute for assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

4. How we use your information

We may use your personal information to:

• generate and deliver your Body Audit result;
• provide coaching, assessments and programmes;
• respond to enquiries;
• arrange consultations and appointments;
• manage payments and subscriptions;
• provide service-related communications;
• maintain records of our relationship with you;
• improve and secure the Lift website and services;
• send marketing communications where we have an appropriate lawful basis to do so;
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the purpose, we may process information because:

• it is necessary to provide a service or take steps at your request before providing one;
• we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing or improving Lift;
• you have given consent;
• we are required to comply with a legal obligation.

Where we process special-category health information, we will also identify an appropriate condition under Article 9 of the UK GDPR. Where that condition is explicit consent, it will be requested separately.

6. Body Audit emails and marketing

If you request a Body Audit, we may send the result and other communications necessary to deliver that service.

Marketing and nurture emails are treated separately. Where consent is required, you will be given a clear choice to opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Services and third parties

We may use trusted service providers to operate Lift, including services used for:

• website hosting;
• email delivery;
• customer communications and marketing;
• appointment scheduling;
• payment processing;
• database and data storage;
• analytics and security.

Current providers may include Vercel, Resend, Klaviyo, Calendly, Stripe and our database or hosting providers where those services are active.

These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are subject to their own contractual and data-protection obligations.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK.

Where required, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers, including adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual protections.

9. How long we keep information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
