Every body is different. The framework is the same.

We read the body first, then build from what we find.

The order of things.

The pyramid is a hierarchy of priorities. The lower layers support strength; strength supports what you can express in skill and sport. The layers overlap, but the order matters.

The Lift pyramid of progression. From the base upward: sleep, nutrition and recovery; mobility and core; strength; skill and sport. Two marks sit on the right edge — one at strength, one at the base.

Most training begins here.

Lift starts addressing the foundations.

Skill & sport
What the supporting layers make possible.

Four pillars, one system.

Assessed separately, they reveal individual limitations. Read together, they tell the story of how your body moves — and shape what we programme next.

  • Feet & ankles

    How you meet the ground.

When the foot or ankle is unstable or restricted, the knee, hip and spine often find another way to create movement.

  • Hips

    The engine and the hinge.

The knees and lower back tend to pick up whatever the hips do not.

  • Spine

    Segments, not a column.

Where one segment moves less, another usually takes more than its share.

  • Shoulders

    Freedom built on support.

Reliant on the rib cage, spine and shoulder blade beneath it; when those are limited, shoulder function suffers.

We assess each pillar in relation to the others, because where you feel restriction or pain is not always where the pattern began.

Where the Method takes you.

One path, four stages — from your first assessment to advanced movement.

  1. Phase 1

    Assess & design

Consultation → video assessment → programme architecture.

What we find determines the plan.

  2. Phase 2

    Build foundations

Mobility + regeneration — usable range and control that strength is built on.

  3. Phase 3

    Build capacity

    Strength + body composition through:

    Gymnastics strength

Chin-ups · Dips · Skin the cat · Toes to bar

    Mindful lifting

    Muscle without losing movement quality

  4. Phase 4

    Express

    Skill + advanced movement.

    Gymnastics skills

Ring skills · Handstands · Gymnastics

    Advanced mobility

    Gymnastic mobility + advanced movement

A body with more options.

More control, more strength, and more freedom in what your body can do.
